Today, we cover the Scroll Airdrop. The Mainnet is Live and the Scroll project launched a promotion called Scroll Origins NFT. You can get a unique NFT that could help on the Scroll Airdrop if you Deploy a Contract on the Mainnet.

The NFT will be soulbound (non-transferable), and you can select which account you would like the NFT minted to when it is available to be claimed.

The metadata included in the NFT consists of:
1. First deployment date
2. Order of deployment (i.e., first contract deployed after Mainnet is ‘1’)
3. Deployment address
4. First deployed contract transaction hash

You will be able to claim your newly minted NFT live on the Scroll website starting December 14, 2023, at 10:00 PM GMT.

Step by Step Deploy a Contract

3) Let's deploy the contract:
- Go to Atlas.
- Click on Start Building
- Create an account

4) - Create Project
- Name your project and click Create
- Switch Network to Scroll Mainnet
(if you do not have the network, your wallet will prompt you to connect to Atlas via Scroll Mainnet)

5) - Click Atlas Copilot
- Ask Atlas Copilot to write a contract
Example:
Write a contract that states "Thank you Crypto Currency State for this tutorial"
- Once Atlas Copilot finishes, click Create File.

6) The contract is ready now.
- Click Deploy
- Confirm transaction.
(Here you will need a little ETH in Scroll Mainnet to pay the gas fee)

7) Check your egibility for the Scroll NFT:

8) - Connect wallet
- Scroll to the bottom
- Check eligibility

Set an alarm to come back on Dec 14th to claim your Scroll Origins NFT!
